Joanne Rose, Fortune and Katas which started out as independent subsidiaries of the Mercury Group of Companies, Inc. in 1974, 1979 and 1983, respectively, were put together to form MLM Foods, Inc.

 

MLM Foods, Inc. was incorporated on July 1, 1985 to engage in the manufacture and distribution of bakery and processed meat products, natural fruit juices and other snack products. Joanne Rose, Fortune and Katas are now the three (3) major Divisions of MLM Foods, Inc.

 

MLM Foods, Inc. currently has sixteen (16) Fortune Bakeshop branches and six (6) Basta!!! Hot Pandesal outlets.

 

MLM Foods, Inc. boasts of a comprehensive range of quality products at reasonable cost, produced using state-of–the-art, sophisticated plant equipment.
